All our tenants enjoy independent living, but we can offer some extra help with daily tasks to those who feel they would benefit.

We have two unfurnished apartments comprising a large bed sitting arrangement with a small kitchen area and bathroom. They are situated within one of our main buildings with views of our beautiful garden.

For an inclusive rent we can provide the following, on top of our usual services and 24-hour emergency cover:

• Cleaning of your apartment
• Bed change and laundry
• Early and mid-morning hot drink
• Two course lunch with a hot drink. All cooked with fresh produce on the premises by our resident cooks. Your lunch can be served in our sun lounge or delivered to your apartment.
• Mid-afternoon drink
• High tea of your choice served in your apartment
• An evening drink

Council Tax, water and central heating costs are included, but not telephone and WiFi.

Staff are present on the premises 24/7, including a night sleeper. Our friendly staff are always on hand for emergencies using our Medicare alarm system.

These apartments are recommended for those who feel they need assistance with routine tasks, while maintaining their full independence.
